ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

Region I Planning and Development Council (a local group of individuals committed to excellence) is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and dedicated individual to join our outstanding team of professionals.  We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant who can begin work immediately.  We expect our new teammate to have exceptional administrative skills including reception, office management, clerical support, coordination of travel and meeting logistics, and supplies management. Other duties will include correspondence authoring, meeting notices management, contract procurement assistance, data compilation, and any and all other tasks as necessary. Our new family member must live in (or be willing to relocate to) McDowell, Mercer Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, or Wyoming County, West Virginia, have a High School Diploma, and is preferred to have a minimum of 2 years of administrative and support experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.  If selected, not only will you be joining us on a full-time basis and receive our extremely competitive benefits package, you will also be blessed to work alongside some of the most dedicated, hardworking professionals West Virginia has to offer!
