Region I Planning and Development Council (a local group of individuals committed to excellence) is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and dedicated individual to join our outstanding team of professionals. The position we currently have open is for a Financial Assistant who can begin work immediately.

 

We expect our new teammate to be proficient with standard accounting and office software, possess the technical abilities and experience to become proficient in infrastructure project accounting and management assistance, have good interpersonal and written skills, the ability to problem solve, work unsupervised, and rise to other challenges as necessary to meet the needs of our communities.

 

Our new family member must live in or adjacent to the region, and is preferred to have obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. However, candidates with related experience, a strong work ethic, and a proactive mentality will also be considered.
