WV Water Development Authority/Regional Collaboration of COVID-19 Impact on Utilities

To determine the ongoing financial and operating impact of COVID-19 on publicly owned water and wastewater utilities,  the West Virginia Water Development Authority along with the Regional Planning and Development Councils have developed the following surveys.

Please complete the appropriate survey each month until further notice.  For the month of March, please complete by April 30, 2020 and then each subsequent month  by the 15th of the following month to allow the Authority to assess the impact on your utility and to provide information to State and Federal representatives.

Lack of financial documentation could jeopardize your utility’s ability to obtain a share of recovery funding, should such funding become available.

If you have any any questions regarding the survey, please call 304-414-6500, extension 109 or 118 or email
